With millions of travelers traversing the Portland International Airport floor since it opened in August of 2024, this space has proved to be the perfect laboratory to see how Zena EdgeGrain™ holds up in a high-traffic environment.  

Thanks to a collaboration with the wonderful project team comprising The Port of Portland, ZGF Architects, Hoffman Skanska JV, Rubenstein’s, Pure Floors and The Cumming Group, we have worked to compile a case study highlighting lessons learned during this first year. This floor not only met, but continues to exceed expectations on many levels. The results of this study are published in the following link.
